The intelligent wellhead and Christmas tree is composed of casing head, casing spool assembly, tubing spool assembly and, Christmas tree. The intelligent system is equipped with special instrument flanges, pressure sensors, and temperature sensors. At the same time, hydraulic fail safe valves and electric throttle valves are also installed on the Christmas tree.

The sensors and actuators installed on the intelligent Christmas trees can collect real-time data such as temperature, pressure, nozzle opening, valve switch status, fault information, and transmit them to the central control room of the platform timely to achieve digital collection and monitoring of production wellhead. The operator can remotely adjust the opening of the oil nozzle, open and close of the valve in the central control room, thereby adjusting the operation status of the wellhead to achieve intelligent control of the production well. The entire operation does not require on-site personnel, significantly reducing labor costs, improving on-site maintenance efficiency, and reducing platform operating costs.
